Luminello is shutting down

In the coming months, you can move your account to SimplePractice. This will give you access to everything from appointment reminders and secure messaging to telehealth and superbills immediately after your transfer is complete. ePrescribe will be available on SimplePractice to Luminello customers beginning April 2024, and to all SimplePractice customers in June 2024.

How long will Luminello be available for?
If you’re a new Luminello customer, you’ll still have time to access our EMR software before transferring your account to SimplePractice. If you’re already a Luminello customer, you can learn more about your transfer date here.
When will ePrescribe become available in SimplePractice?
ePrescribe will be available on SimplePractice to Luminello customers beginning April 2024, and to all SimplePractice customers in June 2024. If you’re transitioning to SimplePractice from Luminello, your access to ePrescribe may vary based on your account transfer date.
What happens if I sign up for a Luminello account but don’t want to transfer to SimplePractice?
We’re working hand-in-hand with SimplePractice to make this a seamless transition. That includes giving you the option to automatically transfer your data to SimplePractice before our platform is no longer available. You can also directly download your data before then.

Notes per month

  • Includes all note types (free text, intake, SOAP, vitals, rating scale, and lab notes) for all charts. For example, you could write 1 note for 30 patients/clients, 2 notes for 15 patients/clients, etc.
